Returns

• Return requests must be made within seven days of purchase.
• The hardware should be in original condition and in its original packaging without any modifications or damage.
• If you wish to initiate a return, please send us an email at info@hashnox.com with your order number.

Refunds

• The refunds only cover the returned items, which will be checked first, and refunds will be done via bank transfer.
• To complete the refund, customers must provide accurate bank details.
• The refund may take a couple of business days based on verification processes.
